MacJury #827: Apple’s Proposition 8 Position and Comcast’s Bandwidth Cap…One Month Later

Nov 4, 2008 | MacJury

The MacJury considers Apple’s decision to take a public stand on California Proposition 8. Companies often support political candidates or even parties, but individual initiatives are a different story. The group talks about the story behind the story and whether it will make a difference in Apple’s public perception.

A month after it was put in place, the jurors discuss Comcast’s bandwidth cap, how it has affected their internet usage, real or perceived, whether this is concern for the average consumer, and what Comcast could do to turn the situation to their advantage.
