At Macworld | iWorld 2012, Andrew Smith of Studio Six Digital describes their new iAudioInterface 2 a tool for use by audio engineers to do work on everything from your home theater set-up to a stadium concert environment. iAudioInterface 2 provides an XLR microphone input, a Toslink digital audio out, and a digital audio link to your iOS device among other features. Even though a professional-level tool, there are are plenty of uses for the device by the audio enthusiast. Andrew discusses both while showing off the hardware.
