MacVoices #16120: MacPaw Helps Manage Duplicate Files with Gemini 2

May 10, 2016 | Developer, Productivity, Software

Chuck Joiner, Ray East

Ray East  of MacPaw  gives us a run-through of the brand new Gemini II, their utility for finding and managing duplicate files. Not only does it they find duplicates on your Mac, on external drives, or in any folders, but also locates “similar” files – photos taken from similar angles, music files that have slight differences, etc. Now, Gemini II recognizes the patterns you have when dealing with duplicates, makes suggestions and saves your preferences, and awards you achievements for managing your files.

This edition of MacVoices is supported by Macstock Conference & Expo and the Midwest Mac BBQ, coming to Woodstock IL on July 16 and 17.
