Chuck La Tournous of RandomMaccess, who will be presenting “Creating and Using a WiFi Mac Network” in the Macworld Learning Center at Macworld Conference & Expo, provides us with some thoughts on Airport network as a preview to his session. Chuck talks about why Apple’s Airport shouldn’t necessarily be your first choice of a wireless router, some of the challenges of setting up your first wireless network, and provides some tips on how to succeed on the first try. Chuck also discusses some of the recent changes to RandomMaccess, how he has become a journalistic enforcer for the Mac web, and his appearance at Expo with the Macworld All-Star Band.
The Road to Macworld Expo is a special MacVoices series produced in partnership with IDG World Expo to preview some of the exhibitors and presentations at Macworld Conference & Expo 2008 in San Francisco from January 14 – 18 at the Moscone Convention Center.
