I returned a couple things to Amazon yesterday. For the first time (at least that I’ve noticed), it gave me the option to directly store the QR code for the return in my Apple Wallet.
That made the return process even faster than normal when I went to the return desk at Staples. No digging through emails like the other people.
I’m all for supporting local vendors, but those local vendors are going to have to up their game. Amazon keeps improving their services to the point that I go there first even more than before. When was the last time one of your local vendors made an improvement or innovation that made purchases or returns easier?
