At CES in Las Vegas, we got a taste of barbecue tech at the Brisk It booth. Product Manager Sam Ferguson showed off their newest and most affordable pellet grill, the Zelos 450. What makes it so interesting is their Vera AI that can take care of everything from suggesting recipes to controlling the cooking process, even if you are still on the golf course or just relaxing. Vera can even “look” at a piece of meat and ingredients (via photo) in the grocery store and give you both ideas on how to prepare it as well as how long it will take.
